Chef Francesco Mazzei has once again proven why he’s one of the finest ambassadors of Italian cuisine, taking centre stage at Highgrove to cook for King Charles and Queen Camilla at an extraordinary black-tie dinner celebrating Italian culture.

Handpicked for this prestigious occasion, Francesco crafted a bespoke menu alongside Hollywood icon and food aficionado Stanley Tucci, delivering a spectacular dining experience that paid homage to Italy’s culinary heritage – using exclusively British ingredients in true Slow Food tradition.

Chef Bobby Chinn’s was invited to host a farewell dinner for Hot 100 charity poker tournament held in Da Nang.

Guests enjoyed a celebration dinner followed by a Masterclass lunch the following day. Bobby’s classes are all about getting involved, and guests were keen to put on the apron for first hand experience of cooking with a celebrity chef.
